Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as Driver and Vehicle Coordinator. You will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to drop off and pick up destinations in and around Philadelphia. Furthermore, this individual needs to possess a detail-oriented and organized work ethic. As a vehicle coordinator you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation and assist with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.

  2. Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles.

  3. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to management.

  4. Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients.

  5. Keep accurate records of mileage, trips, and expenses.

  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

  7. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. 

  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  9. Maintain relationships with the body/mechanical shops in our Philly-area shop network through calls and in-person visits.

  10. Assist with special projects as needed.

  11. Provide general administrative support and updates to the Regional Operations Manager/Team Lead, primarily remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a driver is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Philadelphia streets and traffic patterns.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and assist passengers with luggage.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, dispatcher or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Slack, and GSuite software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
